erm, i'm not sure what the spring rate is on my bike, i think the coil is 400lbs wich is what it should be coz i'm 12 stone , its not 100lbs less , i'm crap with suspension setup, my mates pretty goood , i'll ask him next time i see him, cheers mate

hi , i dont have a clue , are you sure its the rite size oil for the frame???? it has to be exat, try gvin tim flux a call , or email him , or even try looking at freequently asked questions on tftuneds website. sorry cant help.
